This was the first time I went outside of China. I was excited and curious, like a baby seeing the world anew. As a mainland Chinese, I grew up surrounded by mountains and tall buildings. I had always fantasized about the ocean that I had never seen before. So, I was profoundly moved by the sheer beauty of the Ocean in Bali.
